About this service
Standard runs core, plugin and theme updates, database cleanup, function checks, 404 fixes and a health audit monthly, with daily backups on a 4-hour recovery SLA and 3 hours of restorative fixes a month. Plus does all of it weekly, with a 1-hour recovery SLA, 5 fix hours and a 6-hour priority response.
Both include a security suite licence (Imunify360, Wordfence Care or Sucuri) and NitroPack optimisation. Sites hosted with CH Media add Cloudflare CDN and WAF, Argo smart routing, Project Honey Pot and global rate limiting.
Not included: new pages, posts or features; third-party integrations; custom scripts; hosting, domains or email. Each subsite in a multisite is a separate plan. Dev hours do not roll over.
